Fished a 3 fish limit tourny sai. out of caney creek. found fish shallow and got 3 good ones on my flatside. had 10.13 and thought that would be good enough to win. WRONG.... one fella fishn alone caught 14.12 in three fish to win. absolutly out standing wieght for a 3 fish limit tourny! hats off to this fisherman. great job.

Thanks for the report Paul sounds like the Barr is hot right now. And that was a good bag of fish maybe next time. Do you guys have regular scheduled tourneys down on the Bar this time of the year?

A few of us get together on Sundays and fish from 730 to 2 . that is till the bass club starts there tournys,which was suppose to be this past weekend. when they start back up we move to Saturday 7 to 2. Both sat. and Sun. are wildcats,all are welcome. 15 per person.

well,not yet but its gettn close. this is a steam plant lake ,ya can catch fish all year round. it dont usually get good till april.
