found the stripes today. Found a ton of baitfish with the 797 and what appeared to be fish underneath them. Got over top of them and the graph was lit up with red arches on my 777c2, so I dropped a spoon in there and this is what I pulled out. Probably around ten lbs, and caught some more that were smaller. Gulls were in the area, but not where I caught these. I had found some more brushpiles and was fishing for crappie, when I motored down the channel a little and saw shad. I belive they are just cruising up and down the channel edge, ambushing shad as they cross them. I also caught two keeper crappie in 35' of water, and both were white crappie.
