My box of goodies from Softy arrived today! Take a look:

NOTE: The H.T. 8" Floating Worm (top) will be thrown in the BASSMASTER Classic on Lake Hartwell next weekend! The fluke near the bottom is a favorite bait of a different pro in the south. Those two baits do not appear on Softy's website. Softy hand-pours custom baits for pros from all over. They order hundreds at a time to take on tour with them. If you have an idea of a bait you want, give Softy a call. He will ask some questions like "what lakes do you fish", "what species are you targeting", etc., and come up with a custom bait, in your colors of choice, for your particular application. But...don't wait...he is already busy.

I can see it now. When we come down Gunny will take all our "fish money". First fish, big fish, most fish, just a matter of time. Those a real some nice lookin' baits. Can't wait to see them in action. Softy knows what he's doing. You da Man, Softy.
