Do any of you think that the size limits will be changed on the Virginia Lakes after they changed them on the Tenn lakes they are 3 or 4 lakes left with a 12 inch limit most have a 14 inch limit with which you can have 2 smaller out of the 5 or no limit execpt for Pound and it is a slot 14 to 18 must go back.

No I don't think they will change them just because Tn. has. I do think they will do something on S.H. on the smallmouth length. It is 12 in VA. and 18 in TN. This is going to cause some problems.

As of now they have no size limit on bass lm or sm on Holston on the Va side

SO HO, Boone, Watauga and Kentucky Lake are 16 inch in 2008 and going to 18 inch in 2009 on Smallmouths Bass

you would think VA would have to change limit on SOHO or else the Tenn change wont have any effect on future bass size.

I talked with Tom Hampton the biologist and he said that Virginia would set the fishing laws next year and they would take effect in 2010 and that there was no change to take place as of know as far as he knows.
