Well,,,,,,,,,I for warned you all, but you know I had to bring this over here.
Most people either hate these or love them. I have to admit, I love them.
1 dozen eggs
2 cups of apple cider vingar
1 jar of pickled beets
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
3-4 shakes of onion salt
3-4 shakes of garlic salt
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
12 peppercorns
4-5 whole cloves
10-12 jalepeno peppers (sliced).
Bring eggs to a boil and let sit for 22 minutes.
While waiting on eggs, Mix vinegar and juice from pickled beets in a pot.
Add remain ingredients (except peppers) and stir. I slice the cloves of garlic.
Peel eggs and add to a jar. Then add jalepeno's.
Bring pot with juices to a boil stirring occasionally and then let simmer.
Pour juice over eggs and seal.
Let sit two days in refrigerator then enjoy.
The cooking procedure will stink up your kitchen. The eating procedure will stink up where every you are.
The Mrs. might not appreciate the odors these things conjure up if you know what I mean.
