Sorry for the late report. I took my buddy Saturday who does not fish much trying to get him hooked up with his first brown fish. Well I did not succeed. We put in at Hickory Star and fished around Island F all day. We threw cranks, jigs, shakey heads, small tubes, and the fnf. We fished from 9-4 and did not have a bite all day. I think I'm going to go try it again on Saturday. Probably go to Brogans and head up. Not really sure what to do. Anybody been catching fish up the Clinch?

Me and my bro put in at straight creek saturday and headed up the river. We went all the way up to the trussels. We had no luck. We marked alot of schooling fish throughout the day but couldnt get the to bite. Most were suspending around 10-12ft deep....in 20-30ft of water. I threw fnf all day and didn't have one pull down. The water clarity is quite abit dingier than what i'm used to....barely even 2ft of vis. If you head up that way, Good Luck!
