Has anyone here used the newer style Mayfair automatic bilge pumps that have the sensor built in to detect water, no float switch. I've got an older houseboat up here on Laurel, and upgraded or I thought I was to the mayfair pumps with the float switch on the side. I've had two of the switches fail, they stick on and won't shut off. Nothing is holding them on (debris etc) and taking them out and cleaning them doesn't seem to help. This ultima pump would seem to be the way to go, but they are kinda pricey. Thanks in advance.
