Had a 102c die on me this past weekend. I have heard many good things about the customer service department particularly Linda Colt. Emailed her yesterday. Got an email back today saying she was shipping a new unit out. Best customer service hands down.



If you ever have a problem with a Lowrance contact her! I was thinking about looking into other finders when the time came to upgrade but after this no doubt I will stay with Lowrance.

So is she just an individual that is a dealer, or is she at a particular store or anything? I may look into her whenever I get to where I can get me a good finder.
