I just got off the phone with the TWRA and according to the lady I spoke with, fees will remain the same as they were last year... $28 for a Resident Hunting & Fishing Combo License. Below is a link to all of last years fees... I'm assuming they will all be the same.

The only thing about Tennessee TWRA licenses I don't like is the fact that I don't hunt so I don't think I should be forced to pay for the hunting side of the license. I think they should be optional Fishing , Hunting or offer a combo for those that do both. Most of the money raised by licenses goes towards Hunting anyway yet more fishermen buy licenses then hunters do. Kind of unfair I think.

I got tired of worrying about having to keep up with what license I needed in TN so I got the lifetimer a few years ago before they went up. I still need to buy a yearly trout stamp, I think. It doesn't cost me anything to put in for the quota hunts with it. I figure I still have 20 or 30 years or so to hunt and fish before I croak so it may be money well spent at the rate they are raising the fees.
