Howdy fellas' just rolled back into town after a few days of fishing my tail end off. Got down on Friday morning about 12 noon. Fished till dark with cloud cover rolling in all afternoon and water temp 42-44deg., caught 3....biggest one 19 3/4 inches at 4lbs. Saturday, fished from Dawn till dusk and really fished hard. Caught six or seven (cant remember) and missed around 4 pull downs.....late in the day, fished a point in Mitchell creek and hooked a PIG....fly pulled out of his dern mouth at the boat after one heck of a fight....never even saw the fish...lol....couldnt do much with the big fella'. Just too many strong head shakes....I was sick..lol. Sunday, fished from daylight till 11am. Had 3, all were avg. fish.

All fish were caught on the fly. Got bit at 12-14 ft. I threw a buddy for awhile on Sunday when the sun came out but no takers....we even fished a few shinners for the heck of it and never got bit on that either.

I did talk to quite a few people and it sounded like the Hollow was fickle to everyone. Pretty slow for what we expected with the awesome looking weather conditions.

Ill post the pics after my bones quit hurting and I spend sometime with the family!

Snoot, yea, its awful silly looking but its warm as heck! You can pull that down over your ears and it helps a ton with the wind. But, like I say, awful silly looking

Great Report and pictures Dale!! You were still catchin fish, even though none on the buddy. Don't give up on that thing, Honestly!! It will catch fish! Oh and I see you got you some "Bob's Bobbers" too

Jon, I made myself throw that thing for you...just for you....on the last day with one hour to fish when the sun peaked out from behind the clouds.....
