Went to the river today and caught 6. 5 browns and 1 rainbow. The biggest brown weighed 4 pounds and the smallest was a pound. The rainbow weighed exactly 2 pounds. Caught all of them on live bait. so yeah it was a good day.

Thinks for the report. Never fished the Watauga, I am going to have to make it up thier.

Not many fish this river right now. My question is this. Did the rainbows appear to have been spawning? Caught one there a couple of weeks ago that was fat with eggs.
