As I had posted on the old site my friend has been through some tough times . He had surgery yesterday and the cancer was more advanced than expected . The surgeon tried to remove all of the cancerous tissue but was unable . They put a trake (spelling ? ) in for the future . The doctors said he would be needing it but he did not know when . As you can imagine the family is taking it quite hard . I would be very greatful to all of you if you could think of my friend and his family in your prayers .

My friend is going to return home from the hospital tommorrow . He has been asked to take radiation or chemo for the remaining cancer . The doctors have told the family not to give up because miracles happen ever day . I know this is true but it is hard to keep the faith durring such times . He lost his older sister about 3 years ago to cancer and the family is having a hard time dealing with the thoughts of loosing another loved one . So if you would , please continue thinking of him and his family in your prayers
