Well me and Hawgdaddy hit douglas this morning and we didn't get any bass fishing done but we did catch 2 and 19 big slab crappie. We should of had a limit of crappie but we lost and missed to many. Caught them in `11 to 12 ft of water and they were all big males, didn't have a female in the bunch. We got rained out and come off the lake early. Water temps at dandridge was 43 when we started and 44.1 when we left. Would like to have tried the bass but its hard to turn down those big slabs. Lots of shad stacked up in the mouths of the pockets and the bass should be there also. Will try them next trip.
