Fished from 10:30a-3:30p from the point park, water was 44 and getting close to 50 near rocks that the sun had been on.
Water was murkey as ever, coffee with cream in the main channel and lousville looked like you could drive across it in a 4X4.
Caught them in 15-17 feet on break away rock bluffs on East facing wall trying to stay out of the wind
No luck with crank baits, pigNjig, nor minnows, or floatNfly. Managed two in the boat, a one a pound and another about 1.5-2 both with dark black coloration. Missed two that hit and should have had them. Left at 3:45 and had a heck of a time getting the boat on the trailer at the point park with 2.5-3 foot waves pushing me around. Great day to get out, both fish were released after catching, forgot my camera at the house, but wasnt planning to go until I walked outside this morning and felt the temp, sweated all day with just an insolated shirt and sweat shirt fishing in the sun.
