How were the Boat Shows in and around Knoxville this year? I go to the one in Cincinnati

and sometimes another one in Dayton, Ohio. The Cincy show was at best, average. Lots of boats but didn't see the amount of tackle I usually see.



Don't want to exclude anyone. Chime in from wherever you are.

I didn't make the Sportsman's Show at Chilhowee Park this year.



Did go to the I-75 Expo show last weekend (still going on this weekend too). Got to sit in a $54K Ranger and a $45K Skeeter bass boat. Those boats are very nice. Nothing against Rangers or Skeeters but I felt a lot better about ONLY spending $23K for my new Triton! To be fair, those boats are full-sized rigs whereas mine is not.



Went by the live remote for the WNOX Sports Animal crew. Stopped by the Coast Guard Auxillary table and picked up some safety brochures. Only boats; no tackle at this show. Big boys like Sea Ray there too.



Best part of the I-75 Expo boat show...got to be the models handing out the goody bags or taking entrys for free drawings...nice!

now i seewhere G3 has been for the past few days, laying out all hours in the night.

I didn't get to go at all last week but did get to go down and work a little while Thursday night of this week... Even MJ & Bethany came down and saw me. Doesn't look like I will be back the rest of this week either...
