I have fished Hartwell several times it can be good and dangerous also back in the coves.

My money is on KVD too. He has a history of staying within striking distance and then closing out strong to end up with the lead and a championship.



I did not get to see any of the first day on TV. Have the bass moved up any? What techniques/presentations are working best? What is the weather doing?

I hate to be negative but I'm a little disappointed in the coverage.

Since I'm not fishing I thought it would be nice to catch some live coverage of BMC this morning, they been advertising this for the last month. Well all I watched this morning was a recap from yesterday that has run multiple times.



Some nice fish caught though!

it's all about $$$$$$ Whopper. it's turned into an advertising circus and all about what happened last year or 10-15 years ago. it's very little about the current event.

their ratings have really taken a beating in the last few years on account of the way it's being done. its very little about the current event and its sad that it's come to that. its like all other TV sporting events, they need the $$$$ from advertising to get the show done but some of the stuff they are showing is waisted air time

Well my guy is at least in top ten and he is a very tough guy to beat on that lake since he drives passed his house every morning when they launch in his boats to go fishing. Yall probably don't even know his name but yall keep your eyes on Casey Ashley for the rest of the Classic. He is going to be a factor in this when it's all over........
