Me and bassackwards finally broke down and decided to go trout fishing for a little bit today.ive been gettin skunked bass fishing so i needed to go where i knew we could catch some fish.Started fishing a little after 8 and where back in the truck a little after a 11.Id say we at least caught 40-50 between the two of us.Most of the fish were all between 10 and 14 inches,the big ones just didnt seem to want the good ole minnow.Did manage to get one pretty nice one though.The weatherman was calling for rain so we didnt get enough bait or we probably would have stayed longer,even though i didnt see much rain today.We were down a good bit from the weirs. im goin try and post the pic of the decent one

Thanks for the report, I love that section of the river. Hard to beat minnows. What was that spot on the side of the brown?

Thanks for the report. Did you catch all browns or were there some 'bows? I've always found that the 'bows are better fighters up there (but the browns tend to be bigger).

had a blast we'll have to go again. i wish it was as easy to catch bass maybe we'll get in the bass this weekend and you can get rid of the skunk

All the fish i caught were brown trout.i think bassackwards. caught one rainbow
