I got to fish for about an hour yesterday before the storms hit out of George's Creek. I went out into the channel and caught a 4 lbs. smallmouth and a 5.7 lbs. stripe in 2 ft. of water. That was the only thing I caught too, so I wasn't complaining about that! I was throwing a fluke and letting it fall for about 20-30 seconds before I would jerk it again. Both strikes came on the fall. Anywho, water temps were 44-46 degrees and the water was pretty clear except for up near the banks.
