Heavy rains the next 2 days should get them moving. Clinch is already producing fish so Powell will not be far behind.

Earl's hollow today at the ramp was a light brown. The ramp only has about 20 ft left showing. If the rain will hold off the fishing should be great.

If the water will clear up some, right now is a graet time to catch walleye and crappie in the river. If we don't get any more rain this week it should lookm good by Sat. The water yesterday was running lots of mud and sticks but I still caught five nice crappie. Water temp was 51 .

Float and fly with a small minnow. The float needs to be about 4ft deep.

The powell is 15ft from the top of the ramp. The water color is light brown with some trash floating in it. If it does not rain the next few days the water will be good by tuesday. The water temp was 51
