got a new to me kayak so i took it out on little river sunday the 17th, started around 515 and fished til 730. fished in rockford just downriver from the old knoxville highway bridge. Fished x rap most of the time and got three bass, two largemouth and one spot. Also lost something big, no tellin what

awesome, this coming weekend looks nice as well for some kayak fishin finally. think I might have to try again....

think it was the same area you mentioned, i put in at a small boat launch and went downstream just a little to a 3-tier train-bridge and just a bit past that. no joy....unfortunately my 6 week visit to TN is just about done. leaving thursday so I may not get another chance to wet a line before I go. too bad I was really hoping for some spawn action but it seems like a bit of a late start all around this year. oh well, been a nice trip here....nice change of scenery from the flatlands of illinois that's for sure!

and obviously I'm not too familiar with the area, are you referring to egwani golf course? not familiar with location of the dam....any help would be great maybe I can put in for a couple hourse before the drive home. thanks!

yep thats the area. the dam is very dangerous you dont want to get close to it but the white bass fishing is excellent up there this time of year. Also egwani golf course is a great place to hit into a water hazard
