Hey guys i am going with my uncle this next week to the caney to target some big fish, can anyone give me some lure options and some good spots to target some nice fish. We will be there wed-fri. thanks alot dusty

go to the rest area, bettys island or happy hollow or maybe even the dam. these are 4 good places.



Know the size limit, be prepared, warm waders,make sure you call for the generation times. high water takes about 2 or 3 hours to get down that way.



If your fishing light tackle spinning gear use black, olive, or pink color roostertails. THESE colors are most productive in spring!! White works also for striper

I Also use "blue fox" roostertail like spinners play with throwing different colors. THESE are available at walmart as well as roostertails
