Finally got a chance to fish Loudoun to pre-fish for an up coming event. Water is high and still a little cool for this time of year. Water in the overcast gray skies was 62-64 and clear. Started out with a crankbait and caught two slicks and a monster crappie on a spinnerbait. Then picked up the ball and chain and had 10 total with 5 keepers before lunch. It was nice having little to no rain with what had been forecast.

Even got a little warm when the sun popped out. A good day to exempt some water

Do you think they were post spawn fish? Lower end?

Fish still had full bodies and their tails were clean.
