Question Air bubbles

I was wandering if anyone knows what causes all of the air bubbles coming from under the water?

We went up yesterday evening caught one nice bow about 15 inches and had several follow to the boat. Fog on the water was beautiful.

Its most likely gasses rising from decaying material on the bottom, usually when the barometric pressure starts changing, it causes the bubbles to rise.

It is methane gas bubbles from the decaying piles of leaves on the bottom.

Thanks we were very curious what was causing this to happen, I had seen this several years ago in Abrhams creek but never thought anything of it. My wife really wanted to know what it was. Thanks again.
