My brother in law and myself are going to go to Calderwood Sunday to get familar with the lake and to hopefully catch some trout. If anyone has any advice on what kind of bait or lures to use and were i can find the water release times it would be most appreciated. Thanks guys or gals.

For gen info dial 1-800-238-2264 when you hear welcome press 4 wait a second and press 14 for Calderwood or you can go thru all the prompts,As far as lures when I was there a few weeks ago the few trout being caught were hitting a variety of the regular trout lures, the 2 I got 1 was on a Rooster tail and 1 on Power bait (pink) some guys were using small Rapala's,spinners, spoons and of course worms and corn.Good luck,it is a reall nice spot
