I tried to find a spot for bank fishing on Rimmers Creek. Never been in this area of Dandridge. It was all blocked off. Anyone know where i can access for bank fishing on Rimmer?

This site has some info on it. If it is the creek I am thinking of you should be able to access it near bucks and bass in Dandridge. I'll be out that way tomorrow so I will update ya on whether or not you can get to it where I saw it.

It looks like you could normally get to it next to Bucks and Bass but it has busted its banks and everywhere around it looks like a swamp.

Fishgirl, You would be able to get to rimmer creek by turning at the "exxon" station ( another name) ,but there is no boat ramp that I know of there. If by boat, launch at the ramp across the green bridge at Dandridge & go up to the left to Rimmer. As of 2-4-13, Douglas is too muddy to fish. I'll wait for awhile for it to clear up. dada 8:40 AM

ok! thanks for the info! dada...I saw Rimmers on a website and wanted to fish it. Did look pretty muddy but I also just like to get away and be alone, who cares about actually catching! lol
