I have been out over the past few weeks and have been moving fish consistently. Musky fishing is a freshwater experience that far outweighs anything else out there. I recommend that anybody that wants to see how musky fishing works to get in touch with me, I have all the gear and equipment needed to target these fish. There is nothing that compares to having a 4 foot long fish chasing your lure right at the boat and alot of times it is up to the fisherman whether or not the fish will bite, it is definately a challenge. I have been moving big muskies on a variety of baits including spinnerbaits, topwater baits, and crankbaits. Just remember that if you do target these fish, the harvesting size on Melton Hill is 50 inches. These fish will grow to around 55-56 inches on this lake due to the water quality so think twice before harvesting a 50 incher. They make some really nice replica mounts.
Take a kid fishing

Sounds pretty awesome! My wife is from michigan and keeps talking up musky fishing. I definitely need to get out there and try it.
