Has anyone ever fished the John Sevier area above Cherokee?? In an effort to check out NEW waters, our club will be fishing up there in a few weeks. Have no idea what to expect so if anyone has tips, tricks, or comments/info on the lake I would greatly appreciate them!! Thanks! R~

Have caught several good smallies and stripers below the dam. Have heard in the past there is some good fishing up there.

Went up there and tried my luck one time. We caught a few nice smallmouth but we had to go up river quite a way amd caught the most in a creek that spilled out in to the river...
