Default Pay Lake/Pond for Kids event????

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a stocked pond (preferably catfish but trout is OK too) in Northeast TN that is kid friendly. My nonprofit is planning a small outing for a small group of kids. Any suggestions within an hour or so of Bristol/Kingsport/Johnson City ?

I don't know the area well enough to suggest ponds. For kids, I would probably take them to the weir area on south holston and drown some worms or powerbait. Good access, and kids like being on an island (****, i do too) Check the schedule before you go! Also, you may want to try Tennessee anglers.com ... A lot of knowledgeable, helpful tri cities people on there.
